As part of continuous efforts to raise awareness of sleep disorders and to promote healthy sleep, the AASM worked with sleep professionals to create Welltrinsic. By bringing sleep education to the workplace, Welltrinsic helps organizations decrease healthcare costs and increase safety, while helping individuals like you learn how to sleep better.

A widespread problem
Insufficient sleep affects nearly 1/3 of U.S. adults. In fact, more than 50 million Americans have a chronic sleep disorder, and most are undiagnosed. Are you one of them? Through the Welltrinsic Sleep Wellness Program, you gain access to the resources you need to expand your knowledge and take control of your sleep health.

Assessment: Complete sleep surveys to get a better understanding of your current habits and screen for many sleep disorders.

Education: Learn about the effects of poor sleep and the importance of getting the recommended amount of nightly sleep by watching many short educational modules.

Coaching: Put your new knowledge into practice! Track your sleep over 8 weeks, while continually receiving personalized tips on how to improve your habits.

Better Sleep: Our program gives you the tools you need to make small changes that have a long-term impact on your overall health and wellness. Need extra help during this process? Browse our network of board-certified sleep medicine physicians to find one in your area! Visit our website to learn more or contact us.
